Biography

Mona Dine is an ICF certified Coach specializing in talent development & leadership advancement.  She has over 20 years' experience as a coach and helps individuals leverage and expand their strengths and abilities to accelerate career growth. She coaches & consults to increase individual/team effectiveness and engagement, drive process innovation and change, and enables others to thrive through building inclusive environments.

Mona is also an accomplished Human Resources executive with an extensive and proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels. As a leader of talent management functions across a variety of industries, her expertise is utilized to develop inclusive leaders, create engaging environments and promote talent practices that drive performance and business results. Her experiences and successes as a senior leader, certified coach, and talent strategist allow her to leverage practical insight and operational wisdom to enable leaders and organizations to meet current and future business challenges. Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the Ohio State University.  Mona holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF); Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI); Senior Certified Professional (SHRM); Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP); and Fostering Inclusion & Diversity (Yale University).

Mona is very experienced in the use of many assessment tools to assist in the coaching process. She is certified in the Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, Harrison, Birkman and 360 feedback methods.

Mona serves on the Board for the International Coaching Federation, Pittsburgh chapter. She also volunteers for the National Diversity Council and the March of Dimes.  Mona functions as a Corporate Advisory Committee member and Mentor for PA Women Work.  In addition, she serves as the Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Forum in the Pittsburgh region. She is a frequent speaker and panel member on topics addressing leadership development and enhancing diversity and inclusion within organizations.
